Reiki is a form of energy medicine used to activate the natural healing processes of your body and support physical and emotional well-being. Reiki works with the unseen, universal "life force energy" that flows through us. If your "life force energy" is low, out of balance, or disturbed by unsupportive energy, then you are more likely to get sick or feel stress. If your energy is balanced and you are free from energetic patterns that are "weighing you down", you are better equipped to support and sustain your happiness and health.

 

​​Reiki aims to improve the flow of energy and remove blocks similar to the goals of acupuncture or acupressure. It is a relaxing treatment that involves little to no physical touch, and it can be used as a complimentary therapy to traditional Western medicine. Throughout the session, natural healing vibrations are transmitted to your body - your job is simply to lay down and relax! The Reiki session can be done in person if you live in the San Diego area, or can be done remotely via Zoom, no matter where you are in the world. The effects and benefits are the same whether you receive Reiki in person or remotely.​

 

If this sounds really "out there" to you, you are not alone. This is definitely not something that was covered in your high school biology class. But the truth is that Reiki works, and it is becoming more and more available in "regular" places. I often see Reiki offered at beauty spas in my city, there are several hospitals who offer Reiki as an adjunct to surgery and other medical procedures to assist in pain reduction and healing, and even my local YMCA has started offering Reiki sessions to its members. It is an excellent addition to your self-care routine, or as a complimentary therapy to traditional medicine. If you're hesitant or on the fence, that's ok! elemental healing™

Elemental Healing™ is a new energy healing modality that brings you into communication with the consciousness of Mother Earth and her elemental kingdoms for greater health, healing and empowerment. During treatment sessions, energy is drawn from the primal elements of earth, air, fire, water, and spirit. Elemental Healing™ is the first nature-based healing system to draw from all the elements and elementals of nature and it has quickly become one of my favorite forms of energy healing. The system was created in 2019 by Calista and George Lizos.

Elemental Healing™ is similar to Reiki in that it is a form of energy medicine, however the vibratory frequency and cadence of the healing sessions are different. Connecting with the elements and the elemental spirits will enhance your appreciation for the physical world around you, and allow you to tune in and connect to nature more deeply.

Receiving an Elemental Healing™ treatment can create profound shifts in your consciousness, and can support you to feel more focused, confident and connected to your intuitive self.
